Our flavors are made pronounced through the modern cooking techniques used to prepare our dishes, and have been enjoyed by the many families who have dined in our quarters over the past 8 years. 


  • Design
    Enmaru Jakarta was built by adopting the traditional interior design that features a dramatic decor of Izakaya restaurant at one of Tokyo’s corner. By using the dark solid timbers, stone and rustic wood around the restaurant gives a bold authentic Japanese aesthetic that creates a modern, lively and yet warm atmosphere with a spectacular view of Jakarta’s bay where the boats are lining on the coastline.

    Authentic and traditional Japanese dishes that range from hearty soups, classic rolls and grilled meals that will fill your family’s every desire. 
  • About The Chef
    Straight out of college, Chef Takashi Tomie dived straight into the Food & Beverage industry, taking on roles as a consultant, a manager and chef. His talent in the the field was quick to spot as he won awards from Izakaya-Koshien 2010, a nationwide Izakaya competition in Japan. He then decided to bring his experience to Southeast Asia, through Singapore and finally Indonesia, where he has also served as a challenger in Indonesia’s IRON Chef in 2016.
